Nazish Agha

The Firm's partner created Agha & Agha after eight years as a corporate attorney with the top corporate firms in the country.  Nazish was an associate in the M&A department of Skadden Arps, a preeminent U.S. law firm.  While there, she acquired a deal-sheet of transactions worth over $40 billion dollars.  Simultaneously, she was also appointed as Secretary of the Civil Rights Committee of the Bar of the City of New York.  Subsequently, she was a senior associate with the Corporate Law department of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, the oldest law firm in the country.  While at Cadwalader, Nazish was lead attorney for a diverse array of corporate transactions.  In 2008, she joined her brother and created the law firm of Agha & Agha LLP.  She represents clients on a range of corporate matters including corporate structuring, loan agreements, employment agreements, and acquisition agreements.  She serves as the outside general counsel to her corporate and high net worth individual clients.

Nazish is on the board of many non-profits, actively participates in public service, and is the proud mother of Zaira and devoted aunt to Ali and James.
