Saif Agha formed Agha & Agha LLP after several years of practice as a solo attorney. Upon receiving his Juris Doctorate, with honors in public interest, he was chosen by the Fordham Faculty as a Fordham Fellow, where he received further training in oral advocacy while representing indigent clients. Thereafter, Saif practiced as a solo attorney in New York and New Jersey, representing, on a pro bono basis, three religious centers and their congregants. In 2008, Saif joined his sister and created the law firm of Agha & Agha LLP. Presently, he represents clients in a range of matters, with emphasis on civil litigation, family law, immigration and real estate transactions.
Saif lives with his wife and son in Livingston, New Jersey.
