Immigration

We represent individuals and companies across the nation in all aspects of immigration law including litigation matters in front of the court and writs of mandamus.  Since we are familiar with all aspects of immigration law, we often advise you of a plan of action that you might not have considered but would better accomplish your goal.

· Deportation Emergency

· Citizenship

· Non-Immigration Visas:  If you desire to travel to the US for travel or work but are not seeking to permanently reside in the U.S.  This includes individuals who might work here for a few years.

· Immigration Visas:  If you desire to become a U.S. permanent resident.  If you are residing in the US with a non-immigrant visa (such as an H1B), you may want to adjust your status to permanent resident.

· Asylum: If you are in the U.S and fear to return to your home country due to persecution based on race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion, you can apply for asylum to reside and work in the U.S.

· Immigration Waivers: If your visa application for denied because you were deemed to be inadmissible due to some specific aspect of your background, you can apply for a waiver.  Once a waiver is obtained, your visa application will be granted.

· Appeals:  If your immigration petition or application has been denied or revoked by the USCIS or DOL, you may have a valid basis for an appeal.

· Violence Against Women Act

· Writs of Mandamus and Federal Litigation
